Shipping & Delivery
At this time, Fairies and Dragonflies ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does Fairies and Dragonflies ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Return Policy
You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Fairies and Dragonflies reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the ship date. For damaged or defective items please contact customer service at info@fairiesanddragonflies.com or call 917.562.1506. For all other returns please ship the order back to us and include a copy of the invoice or a letter with the invoice number on it. Please state the reason for the return. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied on all returns and exchanges. We will notify you via email ones we received the items and the refund has been issued to Paypal. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Terms and conditions for all exchanges are the same. We will not be responsible for shipping charges.
